What we collect
We do not create an account and we do not keep a copy of your photo or video. When you pay, Stripe processes your email and payment details; Choosin Texas Emo AI Video never sees your card number. When you generate, your photo is sent to our AI provider only for that render.
How we use it
Your photo is used only to render the video you ordered. Stripe uses your email for the receipt. We do not send marketing email, sell personal data, or use your photos to train our own models.
Storage and retention
We do not store your photo or the finished video in our own file storage or database. The photo is uploaded to our AI provider only for the render, and the finished video is streamed from the provider. Provider links can expire, so save the MP4 as soon as it appears. Payment records are kept by Stripe as required for tax and accounting.
AI processing
To create the video, your photo is sent to our AI video provider (Replicate and the Wan Animate model). The provider processes it to replace the person in the fixed template. The provider may retain data according to its own policy; we do not control that retention. We do not publish your photo or video, and we do not use either to train models.
Safety checks
Before generation, a photo may be checked by automated content-safety and photo-quality classifiers to enforce our rules: one adult, clear front-facing face, no unsafe content. The result is used only to allow or reject the upload.
Cookies and storage
We store your theme preference and the current checkout session identifier in browser storage so you can return to your order. Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout domain. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
Service providers
Cloudflare for hosting, Replicate for AI video rendering and temporary file hosting, OpenAI for automated photo safety checks when enabled, and Stripe as payment processor.
Your rights
You can ask us about the data tied to your order or ask about payment details held by Stripe by emailing support@choosintexasemoai.com. Because we do not store photos or videos, deletion requests for media are passed to the AI provider where possible.
